Game Room

Adding a home game room is the icing on the cake to setting up your dream place. Space is usually the biggest challenge.  In Florida you don’t have basements so the dining room or garage are the most common places if you don’t have a large newly built home.

You can get creative and convert an old workshop or even buy a storage building . Screen rooms can be used for weather resistant ping pong and pool tables.

Once you find the right place to set up your game room you’ll need to decide what games your are going to put in there.

Ideas for what to put in your home recreation room

You have to have a pool table right? If you can fit a pool table that may be all you need.  Don’t forget about the accessories, pool light, cues and chalk.

Dart boards or dart machines are other challenging games that you and your guests will not get bored with.

Imagine younger adults might want a beer pong table. Ping pong tables are another great option for your fun room if billiards is not your thing.

How about Foosball or maybe even a multi game table.  Air hockey is a blast.

If space is limited and you have to use your dining area your partner may not like the idea of getting rid of your nice dining room table in favor of a pool table.  Convertible pool to dining tables are the best defense to your partners objections.
